Waugh Arboretum Tree Seedling Giveaway


                         

On Friday, April 19, the Waugh Arboretum Committee, in partnership with the UMass grounds department, will be distributing tree seedlings from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the Goodell lawn at the Student Farmers Market. The seedlings, which were grown in the UMass nursery from local seed sources, include species of beach plum, birch, chokeberry, dogwood, hemlock, juneberry, maple, oak, pine, viburnum, and more. Come early for the best selection! Bring your own reusable shopping bag or brown paper bag if you can. Trees will only be available while supplies last.
