Mark your calendar! The Berthiaume Center for Entrepreneurship would like to invite you to our Small Business Panel on April 3rd at 5:30 PM. Held in our Incubator Space (Bartlett 301), this panel is the perfect opportunity to engage with successful small business and industry experts in a constructive learning environment. 

Lenny Underwood - As the founder of Upscale Socks, founded in 2016, Lenny Underwood has firsthand experience in taking the leap toward small business ownership. He can impart wisdom on his journey to the creation of a business as well as the business’s current success.

Cinda Jones - As the ninth-generation to manage a business known as the largest private land owners in Massachusetts, Cindy Jones not only has her own experience to share but also years of invaluable familial business experience. She is the president of Cowls Inc. and can share her strategies, insights, and the steps she is taking to leave Cowls better than she found it.

Rob Delmastro - With insight on how to turn a small entrepreneurial pursuit into a $25M success, Rob Delmastro provides a valuable viewpoint on how a small business can transform. Not only can he advise from personal experience, he does it professionally as well. With his company Clearly Works Inc., he assists small businesses, large corporations, and anything in between with their technology challenges and business pursuits and he can spread this wisdom.

Aimee Salmon - As the founder of Positively Africana, Aimee Salmon can share her passion for entrepreneurship as well as give a diverse perspective on how to navigate the business world. With her business’s focus on empowerment and transformation, she can divulge information on how to set yourself up for success as an entrepreneur.

Dr. Aurora Fields - After opening Refresh Valley Dental in 2021, Dr. Fields has focused on giving back to the community and creating a safe space for dental care. With experience in opening her own practice as well as a unique perspective on business decisions, Dr. Fields can share strategies for making your ideas a reality and working to help others.

Chris Sims - As someone who has experience on both sides of the startup process, being a founder and investor, Chris Sims can share technical skills for not only how to appeal to others, but how to make your business successful all around
