Black Women in Engineering and Computing (BWEC) has been formed to build community and provide mutual mentorship among the growing population of graduate and undergraduate Black women across the College of Engineering and the College of Information and Computer Sciences.

Out In STEM (oSTEM)
Out in STEM (oSTEM) is an inclusive network for LGTBQIA+ and allied grad and undergrad students in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math fields.
Society of American Military Engineers (SAME)
Aligned with the Boston Post of SAME. The chapter aims to help veterans acclimate to college life and advance the professional and personal growth of its members, including interest in a government or defense contractor career. Outreach is focused on veterans and related support organizations.

Women in Transportation Seminar (WTS)
The Women Transportation Seminar (WTS) is an international organization dedicated to building the future of transportation through the global advancement of women. WTS attracts, sustains, connects and advances women’s careers to strengthen the transportation industry. The UMass Amherst student chapter of WTS is a community of women helping each other uphold the WTS vision on the UMass campus.
