Reservation Guidelines and Rules

Access Requirements: Reservations can only be made through your UMass email account.

Holiday Closures: The Student Union and associated spaces are closed on all University observed holidays.

Music Room Usage: The music rooms on the third floor of Worcester Commons are reserved exclusively for student music practice.

Event Restrictions: Paint Nights and any events involving paint are not allowed in any meeting spaces.

Food and Drink Policy: Only water bottles are permitted in meeting rooms. All other food and drinks are not allowed unless provided by Campus Center Catering.

Reservation Process: All spaces require reservations, which must be made through the appropriate links provided on this site.

Responsibility and Conduct: Please use all spaces responsibly and respectfully. Any damage to equipment or facilities will be the responsibility of the person or group that made the reservation. Rooms and equipment are monitored before and after each reservation to ensure proper use and maintenance.
