About the Student Union

Meeting room bookings at the Student Union are exclusively for Registered Student Organizations (RSOs). Students can request meeting spaces in the Student Life suite on the third floor of Worcester. For departmental bookings, please contact Tom Shea directly.

To book an event space at the Student Union or Campus Center, please email Thomas Shea at @email. He will provide you with the necessary information and requirements for making a reservation.

Please allow us up to three business days to process your booking request. If you require immediate assistance or if more than three days have passed, contact the Student Union front desk through our contact information at the bottom of the page.

To cancel a reservation at the Student Union, please contact our information desk. They will assist you with the cancellation process.

Meeting rooms are reserved strictly for meetings. Hosting events in these rooms is not permitted. Please book our event spaces at the Student Union or Campus Center for all event-related activities.

Yes, if you lose an item in our spaces, it may be held at the information desk. Please contact the information desk in the relevant space to inquire about lost items.
