Parking

Campus Center Parking Garage
91 Campus Center Way
413-577-7275
Parking [at] umass [dot] edu (Parking[at]umass[dot]edu)

The Campus Center Parking Garage has updated its entry system and is now gateless. Upon entering and exiting the premises, a camera will capture a picture of your license plate. The system will then compare how much time the driver paid for and how long they stayed. Please make sure you pay for your parking within 20 minutes of your arrival to avoid a ticket.

Parking Process

From the upper garage entrance, levels 2-6 are available to park for the conference. We are offering a 50% parking discount for the day. Please follow the following instructions to receive the discount:

  1. Stop at a pay station when you arrive. Pay stations are located near the Parking Services office on Level 2, near the east garage exits on Level 3, and near the west garage exits on Level 4.
  2. Enter in your license plate number and click “OK”.
  3. Select how long you intend to park. As this event runs from 8:15 am - 4:30 pm, we recommend selecting 8.5 hours.
  4. When asked if you have a coupon, select “Yes”, enter coupon code and select “OK”. Please use Coupon Code 25CPD.
  5. The screen will display with the discounted daily rate ($0.93/hour). Enter your credit or debit card to pay.
  6. If you need a receipt, press “OK” to print a receipt. Note receipts can only be printed at this time and you cannot obtain a receipt later.
  7. If you wish, enter your cell phone number to receive expiry reminders and/or extend your parking time by text, or select “Cancel” to opt out
  8. You are now all set and may proceed to the event. At the conclusion of your time on campus, proceed to your car and drive out – no further action is needed.
