The Campus Center Parking Garage has updated its entry system and is now gateless. Upon entering and exiting the premises, a camera will capture a picture of your license plate. The system will then compare how much time the driver paid for and how long they stayed.
Parking Process
The Upper Garage entrance (Levels 2-6) is available to park for the conference. We are offering a 50% parking discount for the day. Please follow the following instructions to receive the discount:
- Stop at a pay station when you arrive. Pay stations are located near the Parking Services office on Level 2, near the east garage exits on Level 3, and near the west garage exits on Level 4.
- Enter in your license plate number and click “OK”.
- Select how long you intend to park. As this event runs from [TIME], we recommend selecting [event specific info, for ex.: “More Selections…” and choosing 5 Hours.]
- When asked if you have a coupon, select “Yes”, enter coupon code and select “OK”.
- The screen will display with the discounted daily rate ($0.93/hour). Enter your credit or debit card to pay.
- If you need a receipt, press “OK” to print a receipt. Note receipts can only be printed at this time and you cannot obtain a receipt later.
- If you wish, enter your cell phone number to receive expiry reminders and/or extend your parking time by text, or select “Cancel” to opt out
- You are now all set and may proceed to the event. At the conclusion of your time on campus, proceed to your car and drive out – no further action is needed.
Directions from the Campus Center Parking Garage
On Level 2, there is a hallway leading to the Campus Center. Take the first right and follow the hallway to the Student Union Building.
Alternatively, levels 3 or 4 lead outside to campus.
Parking Accessibility
At the Campus Center Parking Garage, individuals who have a handicap parking permit are also required to pay for parking.
Accessible parking spots are available throughout the Campus Center Parking Garage. There is a ramp leading to the Campus Center on level 2. Take a right at the first hallway, then continue to the Student Union Building. ADA push buttons for the main doors are along the way.
The Campus Center has accessible paths on each side of the building which lead to campus.
Please note, on the 3rd floor of the garage, there are six steps leading outside on the West side of the property. On the 4th floor, there is one step on the West side of the garage.
Taking the elevator in the Campus Center to the 3rd floor will lead you to the hotel lobby and outside.
