CNS First Year Advising

If you are a First-Year Student who entered UMass in Fall 2024, you have been assigned to a First-Year Advisor who will help you throughout your first year here at UMass. If you are unsure who your advisor is, please check your SPIRE account. Still need help finding your advisor? Make Advising Appointment: 

  • Schedule an in person or virtual appointment through Navigate. 
    • Click the blue "Make an Appointment" button.  
    • Under what type of appointment would you like to schedule? select Advising. 
    • Choose your reason then look for open appointments in the CNS First Year Advising Center. 
  • Drop-in, during Add/Drop no appointment is needed, Tuesday 9/3 through Monday 9/9 between 9 p.m. to 4 p.m. in LGRT 122.
