Mt. Ida Campus

Experience the academic quality of the UMass Amherst Pre-College program in the greater Boston area. Residential pre-college students live in modern dorms on the beautiful, tree-lined campus minutes from the city of Boston. 2025 Research Intensives

The Research Intensives program places high-achieving high school students in professional working labs alongside distinguished faculty, graduate and undergraduate students. CNS offers placements in Biology, Biochemistry, Food Science, Microbiology, and Psychology. View the 2025 Summer Research Intensive offerings.
