How to Pay Tuition/Fee Payments through Flywire

Wire transfer payments from non-U.S. bank accounts may be made online through Flywire. UMass Amherst partners with Flywire to offer a streamlined and cost-effective payment method to send international payments.

If you have a Net ID or have Delegate Access, you pay your tuition and fees through QuikPAY in SPIRE:

  1. Navigate to the Finances tile
  2. Select Pay Bill with QuikPay
  3. Check your bill to know the amount you have to pay.
  4. Click the Make a Payment button next to the Bursar Bill Details header
  5. Enter the amount that you want to pay and select the semester applicable to your bill
  6. Under Internation Payment, select Flywire
  7. Click Proceed to Vendor and follow the instructions on Flywire
  • Alternatively, you can go straight to this page on Flywire if you already know the amount on your bill or do not have a Net ID/Delegate Access.
  • International students may also enroll in the UPay payment plan only if the student has a US Bank account or credit card.  Paying through FlyWire on the UPay payment plan is not an option. For more details on the plan, check out UPay Payment Plan (Link to page)
