Marking your UCard as Lost
If your card is lost or stolen you should immediately mark your card immediately as lost:
- Log in to GET
- Click on the "I Lost My Card" link under the "Quick Links" menu.
- Click the "Report My Lost Card" button.
- Log out of GET.
During normal business hours you may also suspend your card over the phone by calling the UCard Office at (413) 545-0197. It will take 2-3 hours before any Residential Door Access is suspended.
Getting a Replacement UCard
Come to the UCard Office during normal hours of operation (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm) to get a replacement UCard. If you find an older UCard that you had replaced, please destroy it, as it will never again work in our system.
Getting a Temporary Meal Card
To get a temporary meal card, go to the Meal Plan Office, located in Worcester, during their regular business hours. They will transfer meals to your temporary card if you have enough meals on your meal planard. These six meals can only be used at the dining commons, not at any retail dining outlets. The card is disposable and should be destroyed after you've used your six meals. Even if you find your card or get a replacement, use the meals on your temporary card first, as they will not be transferred back to your UCard.
If you cannot find your UCard and the Meal Plan Office is closed in an emergency, you can still go to the dining commons. You are allowed to enter after verifying your identity and confirming that you have a meal plan.
Temporary Door Access Card
To sign out a temporary door access card, go to the Residential Service Desk for your residential area. The card will normally be programmed to work for 2-3 days. You need to return the card to your residential service desk at the end of that time period, or you will be assessed a fee by Residential Life.
