UMass Innovation Institute

UMass Innovation Institute provides many advantages for faculty to expand or apply their research, including research business development and planning; securing industry collaborations and setting up funding mechanisms; handling business negotiations; facilitating connections to investors and entrepreneurs; enabling access to University facilities for outside users; supporting research compliance; identifying potential researchers for projects, and much more.

NSF Innovation Corps (I-Corps)

The NSF Innovation Corps (I-Corps) provides a set of activities and programs that prepare scientists and engineers to extend their focus beyond the laboratory and to foster entrepreneurship that will lead to the commercialization of technology that has been supported previously by NSF-funded research.
