Course Enrollment Request - Request enrollment/permission for specific courses (Music Education Methods, Elective Lessons, graduate courses, time conflict overrides, etc.)
Independent Study Request - Request enrollment in independent study courses
Ensemble Petition - Request a substitution for, or exemption from, an ensemble requirement
Course Substitution Petition - Request a substitution for a non-ensemble requirement
HFA Academic Forms - Use these HFA forms only if your primary major is in the HFA
