During the semester, only Music & Dance Department faculty and students may reserve Department rooms/halls.

To schedule a faculty/guest artist concert or event:
If you are planning to invite a guest artist for a concert and/or masterclass, please first fill out and submit the Guest Artist Request Form.
Find an open time and venue before making your reservation using the Room Schedules & Conductor's Calendar page, then reserve your space using the forms below.
Usual allotted times for faculty/guest artist concerts: (reservations should include 1 hour for prep time)
Saturdays & Sundays: 1:30, 4:30 & 7:30 PM
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays: 7:30 PM only
Usual allotted times for dress rehearsals:
Saturdays & Sundays: 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, 7:30 PM (4:30 reserved for recitals)
Weekdays: Any free time before 6:30pm or after 10PM (6:30-10PM reserved for recitals)

Please fill out the Reservation form a second time for the dress rehearsal.
The submitted online form is automatically sent to the scheduler who will add the event to the calendar or contact you directly if there is any problem. You will receive an email confirming your submission.
Cancelling/Rescheduling: Cancel by emailing @email with your name, current date & venue, then find a new date/time/venue and fill out a new reservation form.
Stage Setup Procedure
If your event is in Bezanson or Room 44, please fill out a stage setup form no later than 2 weeks before your event. This will ensure your stage needs are sent to the Bezanson Stage Manager. Please note: limited assistance is available for Room 44.

For Bezanson only: Upon submission of the form, you will receive a link to a GoogleDoc to use to draw out your stage setup needs for each piece. This document must be returned separately to the Bezanson Stage Manager, Sean Buenaventura.
