If you're experiencing issues with UMass Amherst IT Services, reach out to our service desk, available in the Campus Center just off the main concourse headed towards the Student Union. You can also email @email for support, or start an online chat session.
Security issue? Reach out to @email to report phishing, suspicious messages, lost or stolen devices, and all other information security threats.
Access Computer Classrooms and Printing
UMass Amherst offers 8 computer classrooms and over 100 computers in the learning commons, located in the basement of the W.E.B Du Bois Library, including both black and white and color printing services. Computer classrooms come with free access to software including CAD, Multimedia, Statistics, and more.
Your Account & Accessing IT Services
Your NetID and password serve as your primary credentials at UMass Amherst, giving you access to the many services and features available to you, including SPIRE, email, campus networks, and more.
Visit the Assistive Technology Center
The Assistive Technology Center (ATC) offers instruction, training, and support for assistive technology tools to members of the campus community. It also provides a catalog of assistive technology resources and tools, as well as accessibility resources, support from staff, and more.
