The Project Management Office (PMO) is a centralized entity responsible for standardizing project management practices, providing support to stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with the University’s strategic plan.

  • Provide centralized project oversight, support, and leadership.
  • Establish and maintain standardized project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Facilitate communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among project teams.
  • Ensure alignment of projects with organizational strategies, priorities, and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of projects to drive continuous improvement and deliver value to the organization.
  • Enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of project delivery.

  • Mitigate risks and issues through proactive management and mitigation strategies.
