The following do’s and don’ts outline key guidelines and best practices for using photography and video across all mediums.

Maintain the original aspect ratio by cropping or repositioning the image to preserve quality and visual integrity.Stretch or distort an image to make it fit a layout or frame.
Apply overlays and treatments with restraint, consistent opacity, and a clear purpose that enhances brand cohesion.Use overlays, filters, or effects that reduce legibility, distort images, or distract from the subject.
Use high-resolution visuals—300 DPI for print, 72 DPI or higher for digital—to maintain clarity, professionalism, and credibility.Use pixelated, blurry, or overly compressed images.
