OFD’s Mutual Mentoring Grant Program aims to help faculty and librarians develop and deepen their mentoring networks and community and to grow as researchers, teachers and leaders in their fields. This year’s cohort involves faculty from a variety of career stages and from all parts of campus, including nine colleges, schools and units.

“The team at OFD is so excited to award this year’s grants to our impressive and collaborative faculty and librarian colleagues across campus,” says Angela de Oliveira, associate provost for faculty development. “We know that mutual mentoring has been a huge benefit to this campus in helping individuals and communities build their career success, and we are elated to support another dedicated group of people to bring their ideas to life.”

For the complete list of awardees – including 11 team grant recipients and four micro grant recipients, visit the OFD website and the Mutual Mentoring Grants Projects webpage
