CNS Summer Internship Fund

The purpose of the CNS Summer Internship Fund is to provide financial support to students with financial need so they can participate in summer experiential learning opportunities—such as internships—that contribute to their career development and future career goals. Awards are available for up to $2,000 and may be used toward expenses such as room and board or transportation to and from the experiential learning opportunity. 

Eligible students will be contacted in mid-January through the AcademicWorks platform. To qualify, students must have demonstrated financial need as determined by the University of Massachusetts Amherst and be rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors. The CNS Summer Internship Fund is not available for post-graduation experiences.

All application instructions and additional information will be provided to eligible students through their AcademicWorks application.
