CNS Student Success Center
The CNS Student Success Center serves undergraduates of all majors in the College of Natural Sciences by assisting them with general academic policies and procedures such as choice of major, late adds, course and semester withdrawals, course repeat options, academic discipline, and referrals to other offices on campus.
We send out a newsletter every other Wednesday during the semester to all of our students. Please check your UMass email to access it for important information about the academic calendar, events, scholarship opportunities, and announcements.
The dean and advisors are available for appointments in person and via Zoom and for cnsadvisingcenter [at] umass [dot] edu (questions by email). We will reply to telephone messages as quickly as we can, but may not be able to on the same day.
Please check your email spam folder regularly (especially if you are expecting a reply that you haven’t received) as it is a known problem that some of our emails go to junk mail. Identify and move non-junk messages to your inbox so your email program can learn which messages are not junk.
