Transitioning to a New Accommodation Management System

Disability Services is transitioning to a new accommodation management system called AIM (Accessible Information Management). AIM will replace our current system, Clockwork, and will become the platform students, faculty, and staff use to manage disability accommodations at UMass Amherst.

Clockwork for Students

Use the Clockwork Online Services website to send accommodation letters to instructors, schedule appointments with your Access Coordinator, request proctored exams, request and download notes, check scheduled exams and appointments, and upload new documentation.

Clockwork for Instructors

Use Clockwork Online Services to view accommodations for students in your courses and to submit exams through the Exam Proctoring Center.
