Services may be requested directly by the client, parent, guardian, schools, agencies, and/or professionals attempting to meet the needs of the child, adolescent, or adult with a communication impairment.
In accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996, The Center for Language, Speech and Hearing is dedicated to maintaining the security and privacy of all protected health information. Due to the risks of email communications being intercepted in transmission or misdirected, please refrain from sending us sensitive information via unencrypted email. Instead, please consider communicating any sensitive information to us by telephone, fax, or mail. Note that registered patients can utilize our secure Patient Portal (umalsh.medicatconnect.com) to securely send sensitive information to the Center for Language, Speech and Hearing.
