This UMass faculty-led study abroad program is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to explore the relationship between food, culture, health, and sustainability in an international and multicultural environment. In addition to your UMass coursework, you will also volunteer in community-based projects, study with local guest lecturers, and participate in guided excursions to cultural and historical sites.
