Personality Based Self Assessments

Personality is just one of many factors that guide our behavior, however. Our actions are also influenced by our environment, our experiences, and our individual goals. Personalities assessment describes how people belonging to a specific personality type are likely to behave; outlining preferences and tendencies. Significant differences can exist even among people who share a personality type. The information on this website is meant to inspire personal growth and an improved understanding of yourself and your relationships.

  • 16 Personalities - based off the Myers Briggs Type Indicator

  • Jung Typology Test - based off the Myers Briggs Type Indicator

  • Kiersey Temperament Sorter II - Free online self-assessed personality questionnaire

  • Traitify Assessment - Traitify uses images connected to human interactions to create a fast validated talent assessment.

  • VIA Character Strengths (free) - What are your character strengths and how are you using your top 5 in your academic world?  Take this 15-minute assessment and see where you may be over- or under-utilizing your character strengths. Note: While the initial assessment is free, there is a cost if interested in a fuller report.
  • CliftonStrengths for Students Top 5  (fee-associated) is a powerful starting place for understanding the five most dominant themes that shape the way an individual navigates life. Our society tends to focus on improving our areas of weakness, rather than building upon our areas of strength.  CliftonStrengths shifts that dynamic, and shows you where your strengths lie, and how you can use them to improve your professional and personal lives.
