When diversity is at the forefront, we create revolutionary science and education. Diverse backgrounds, experiences, and ideas produce our best discoveries and learning environments. We aim to ignite opportunities that give every person a voice and empowerment in the classroom, lab, and community. Together, we can all be revolutionary. It is central to the mission of the Department of Kinesiology to educate students in and generate knowledge on human movement to provide optimal and equitable health and well-being for all individuals. We are making intentional movements to grow diversity, inclusivity, and equity.
