About
A researcher in the field of epigenetics and environmental exposures. He also holds a master’s in environmental biology and public health (Distinction) and a First-Class B.Sc. in Environmental Management and Toxicology from top Nigerian institutions.
His research explores the molecular mechanisms of reproductive and developmental toxicity, with numerous peer-reviewed publications and presentations at international conferences, including the Society of Toxicology and the American College of Toxicology. He has received over a dozen awards, including the SPHHS Dean’s Dissertation Fellowship, TAO Student Research Award, and ACT Travel Awards.
Arowolo has extensive teaching and mentoring experience at both undergraduate and graduate levels in topics ranging from toxicology to environmental science. He is also proficient in bioinformatics, data analysis (R, Python), and wet lab techniques, including sperm epigenetic profiling and PCR.
Previously, he served as President of the African Graduate and Scholars’ Association at UMass and has held academic positions in Nigeria. Arowolo is committed to advancing public health through integrative toxicology and translational research.
