The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the College of Natural Sciences (CNS) is responsible for providing both strategic and operational leadership for all human resource functions within the college. This role serves on the senior leadership team and supports the Dean, faculty, and staff by providing expert guidance across the full spectrum of HR activities. It also collaborates with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring that human resources practices effectively support the college’s mission and strategic priorities. The Senior HRBP leads a team of HR professionals and HR representatives, building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with campus partners. The role holds primary responsibility for developing, leading, and managing initiatives of strategic importance, while ensuring the effective integration of human resources practices into the overall business strategy. In doing so, the role helps to ensure a productive, compliant, and positive workplace environment throughout CNS.
