Lara Bourdon-Roach is the Director of Graduate Student Success and Engagement. She works to strengthen the recruitment, retention, and success of graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in the College of Natural Sciences.

Her personal experiences navigating higher education in STEM informs her work in student success and inclusive excellence. Bourdon-Roach has a B.S. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from UCLA and a Ph.D. in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Harvard University.
