Karen Schimmel is the Director of Special Programs and Engagement for the College of Natural Sciences Student Success Center. Karen has led events at universities and nonprofit organizations for over 15 years. Prior to coming to UMass she worked at Columbia University's School of Professional Studies and at Wave Hill Garden and Cultural Center in New York.
