Most of my research focuses on the theory and experimental evaluation of environmental and natural resource management. I am primarily interested in two areas: 1) compliance behavior and enforcement of environmental and natural resource policies, and 2) the local governance of common pool natural resources in the developing world. I have been fortunate to have been a part of several research initiatives in South America. Here is an example of an initiative in Chile.
