About

As Executive Director of Career and Professional Development in the College of Natural Sciences, Beth Pellettieri (she/her) provides strategic leadership for the CNS Career Center, overseeing career advising, developing innovative career programming, and growing partnerships with employers.

She brings more than 10 years of experience in healthcare-related nonprofit organizations and over eight years of career coaching expertise to the role. Before joining the Chase Career Center at the Isenberg School of Management two years ago, Beth owned and operated a successful career coaching business for more than five years, helping professionals navigate career transitions and achieve their career goals. At UMass Amherst, Beth facilitated an AI Subcommittee for graduate career professionals and most recently presented a workshop on online career support at the Career Services and Employer Alliance Conference in Denver, Colorado.

Beth holds a BA in International Affairs from the George Washington University and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She’s also a Certified Wayfinder Life Coach through Martha Beck, Inc.
