Flagship 360 Marketing Cloud Training
Marketing Cloud training is based on communicators’ roles and responsibilities within their departments. UMass Amherst communicators should complete module A, Digital Communications & Policy Overview, including the quiz, regardless of platform or Marketing Cloud licensure. Access to the remaining modules (B – F) will be provided after a request is submitted and approved. To request licensure and training please fill out the Marketing Cloud License & Training Request form.
- Trainees are expected to complete training within 30 days from date of request. If training is not completed in 30 days, the request will be canceled, and a new request and all training module requirements must be re-submitted. Request review and account set up will take 1-3 business days.
- License holders' accounts will be disabled after 90 days of inactivity. Requests for accounts to be re-enabled can be submitted to commsupport@umass.edu, and will require scheduling a shadow send session if a sending license is needed.
Schedule of MC Training Modules:
- Digital Communications & Email Policy Overview
- Marketing Cloud 101
- Marketing Cloud Content Creation
- Marketing Cloud Test Send
- Marketing Cloud Audience Management & Upload Form
- Marketing Cloud Sending & Reporting

How to Bookmark the Marketing Cloud Login Page
Since the Marketing Cloud login link redirects to a different address, adding it to your browser's bookmarks normally will not work. We recommend either bookmarking this page, and using the login link above, or:
- Add any page to your bookmarks and set the name to "Marketing Cloud login."
- Edit the bookmark to have the address "https://subscribe.umass.edu/mclogin"
