Please review the following notice from the University of Massachusetts Office of the President:

The University is actively working with Vector Solutions, the company that provides this training, to implement improvements to this training. Current limitations include:

  • Layout improvements are necessary to enhance clarity for individuals who use screen readers.
  • Training content currently cannot be viewed at 400% browser zoom.
  • Employees that rely on reading a transcript must select the last line of the video transcript to show that the employee has completed the transcript. Once an employee selects the last line of the transcript, they will be able to move forward to the next section of the training.

Vector Solutions plans to implement improvements in each of the areas by June of 2025. The University will continue to work to work with Vector on these items.
