MSLT doctoral student, Jeromie Whalen, along with MSLT doctoral student Chenyang Xu, graduate student William Grube (North Dakota State University) and doctoral advisor, Torrey Trust, have published an article titled, “K-12 Educators’ Reactions and Responses to ChatGPT and GenAI During the 2022–2023 School Year.” The article explores educators' perceptions of student use of GenAI tools and their readiness to navigate student use and misuse of these tools.
