Is the AI Guide Network for You? Information Session for Prospective Participants

The AI Guide Network is a year-long CTL program for faculty, staff with teaching responsibilities, and librarians working out what generative AI means for teaching in their own discipline. This session is for anyone considering joining as a Network Participant. We'll walk through what participation looks like: the gatherings, the attendance expectations, the work between sessions, and what participants get out of it. The AI Guide Network takes the place of the GenAI Discussion Group. Where the Discussion Group was an open, drop-in conversation, the AI Guide Network is a committed cohort that stays together across the year and goes deeper into disciplinary questions. If you took part in the Discussion Group, this is where you can continue that conversation. Bring your questions. No prior experience with generative AI is required, and skeptics are as welcome as enthusiasts. Sign-ups close Friday, October 23.
