Free Exercise Programming for Individuals with Chronic Disease and Disabilities

Students will lead the exercise programming as part of a class requirement.

Students in the Department of Kinesiology are looking for individuals on or off campus who have been diagnosed with chronic illness such as diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, Parkinson’s, cancer, etc., to participate in free exercise programming that is part of a class requirement. 

Participants can be at any stage of their illness or diagnosis and a medical clearance will be needed for participation. Individuals will meet with students on campus or virtually for supervised exercise programs at no cost.
