Relationship between diets and metabolic diseases. Effects of deficiency or excess on health. Prerequisites: general biology and chemistry; organic chemistry concurrent.

Student enrolled in CHEM 250 without completing 112 can be enrolled in Nutrition 230 with instructor or advisor permission.
