Performance Evaluations

A student’s overall performance will be monitored continually by the preceptor and program director, and/or by request of any involved party during each rotation. A performance evaluation will be conducted for each student at the mid-point and at the end of each rotation, with the program director, preceptor, and student attending. Self-reflections should be completed by each student prior to and after each rotation. Students are expected to keep a journal and portfolio of their activities during all rotations to document performance of required activities.
