Dr. Henning is a global public health professional with over 20 years of success in delivering high-impact health, education, and systems-strengthening programs across countries such as Kenya, Botswana, Rwanda, Zambia, and Ethiopia. Hennings' work has focused on supporting strong strategic planning, building partnerships with a focus on maternal and child health, health system strengthening, localization, and project management. Recently, Dr. Henning's research has focused on evidence-to-action models to improve policy impact and effectiveness across various sectors, with the community driving the decision-making and process. Her academic background includes a masters in Health Education from Columbia University, a Ph.D. in Public Health from Oregon State University, and a postdoctoral fellowship as a Takemi Fellow in International Health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
