The CNS Career Center is committed to values that reflect openness, diversity, and respect for all differences. We serve all CNS undergraduate students.

The CNS Career Center is dedicated to helping all CNS undergraduates within a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. We strive to meet the career development needs of everyone within our diverse student population, regardless of background, identity, and lived experience. We know that some students face additional challenges while they navigate the career exploration process, and we are committed to providing additional support and guidance during that process. We also encourage students to take advantage of the resources and support through the CNS Office of Student Success and Diversity, as well as the Center for Multicultural Advancement and Student Success (CMASS).

  • Job Accommodation Network (JAN) -  JAN is the leading source of free, expert, and confidential guidance on workplace accommodations and disability employment issues. JAN helps people with disabilities enhance their employability 
  • Lime Connect -Prepares and connects high potential university students and professionals - including veterans - who happen to have all types of disabilities for scholarships, internships, The Lime Connect Fellowship Program, and full-time careers with corporate partners. 
  • National Organization on Disability (NOD) - Private, nonprofit organization that promotes the full participation and contributions of America’s 57 million people with disabilities in all aspects of life. NOD focuses on increasing employment opportunities for the 80 percent of working-age Americans with disabilities who are not employed.  
  • Workplace Initiative - The Workplace Initiative is a national network of foundations, companies, nonprofits and government agencies that works to remove barriers to successful careers for people with disabilities. 
  • Getting Hired - Seeks to “bridge the gap between job seekers with disabilities and employers looking to hire.”  
  • Job Accommodation Network - Ask questions about ADA, accommodations, and more specific resources. 
  • AAAS Entry Point - This American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) program "identifies and recruits students with apparent and non-apparent disabilities studying in science, engineering, math, computer science, and some fields of business for internship and co-op opportunities."
