If a student has a general complaint about a course or an instructor and would like to remain anonymous, they should send an email to @emailwhere it will be reviewed by an administrator of the department and responded.
If a student has a dispute regarding a specific issue, such as grading or makeup exams, they should first approach their instructor for a solution. If not successful, the student should contact the course chair, if there is one. If an agreement still cannot be reached, the student should then email @email.
