Jennifer Hanes-Schromm

Ms. Hanes retired in 2024 from FIS, where she spent 20 years as a senior executive in the global capital markets business.  She currently advises early-stage companies and private equity firms on growth strategies.  Ms. Hanes holds a BA summa cum laude in Journalism and French from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Boston University.  While at UMass, Ms. Hanes was enrolled in the Honors Program.  Ms. Hanes has served as a member of the Commonwealth Honors College Advisory Board since 2012 and currently serves as Advisory Board Chair.
