Studying abroad in Denmark

The Gilman Scholarship is awarded to students studying abroad. Thanks to the Gilman Scholarship, I will be able to study abroad in Copenhagen this summer where I will take the course Sustainable Food: Production and Consumption with the Danish Institute for Study Abroad. Taking this class will contribute to an elective within my major while building upon my interest in the future of sustainable food sourcing.
