Emily Yesu

As a UMass Amherst alumna from the Western Mass area, I am honored to have the pleasure to work at CHC! I am currently a clerk, receptionist, and administrative assistant, and I am delighted to have found the opportunity to give back to the campus community and offer administrative support to the students, faculty, and staff at CHC. I have a bachelor’s degree in political science from UMass Amherst, and I previously served as a student diplomat for the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program. I have also studied at Kassel University in their International Summer University Program, and I worked as a Congressional Intern for Congressman Jim McGovern’s Northampton office. Through my studies, service, and professional experience, I have focused on international and interpersonal relations, and I use this foundation to help me in my work at CHC. 

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, studying languages, and playing the piano
