CIE Grant Awardees Announced

The Center for International Education (CIE) continues supporting graduate students and congratulates new awardees in Spring 2021 semester! Funds will be used to present at the conferences and/or to develop knowledge and skills of self/others related to applied international research and development, e.g. organizing training, workshop, seminar, brown bag, online course, etc. Congratulations to the following grant awardees.
Ph.D. Candidate in International Education Hassan Aslami to present at the CIES 2021 with the paper “Promoting Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Development of Higher Education in Afghanistan.”
Ph.D. Candidate in Special Education Christina Bosch to present at the CIES 2021 with the paper “The meanings and makers of inclusión: A citation analysis of Latin American Spanish Empirical Literature”
Ph.D. Candidate in International Education Pempho Chinkondenji for the Professional development Support: “Emergency Remote Learning and Women in Higher Education During COVID-19: An analysis of Zimbabwe and Malawi”
Ph.D. Candidate in International Education (Kristen) Lina Heaster-Ekholm for the Professional Development support: Online Learning Consortium’s (OLC) 2021 “OLC Innovate: Education Reimagined”
