Diplomas

Diplomas are not distributed during Commencement Weekend. They are mailed to the student's diploma address approximately six weeks after grades have been received and students are cleared for graduation by their department, college, and the Registrar's Office. 

To ensure the delivery of diplomas, all graduates should check SPIRE to make certain their diploma mailing address is accurately recorded. 

• Please log in to SPIRE, then go to your Academics tile
• in your left menu, click Graduation > Diploma Preferences to update your mailing address.

Please allow for 6–8 weeks for diploma delivery after your degree has been officially conferred in SPIRE.
