We admit students to the program on a rolling basis.
Degree Requirements
To apply to the certificate program you must hold at least a bachelor's degree. You may take up to two courses before you officially apply to the program.
This program is available to graduate students and non-degree graduate students; its 15 credits are transitional, some of which may be applied toward a graduate degree in consultation with a their degree program advisor.

Associated Programs of Interest
Those with a particular interest in educational measurement and psychometrics could also consider our Master’s in Data Analysis, Assessment, & Research or Ph.D. in Educational Measurement and Psychometrics. Should you subsequently apply and be accepted to a degree-granting program, up to 15 credits earned as a UMass Amherst graduate certificate student may be applied to satisfy graduate degree requirements. Any application of such credit must be approved by the program/department and must be appropriate to the program.
