Learning, Media, & Technology MEd Admissions

Admissions

Apply to the Learning, Media, & Technology master's program on the UMass Graduate School website.

Application Timeline And Procedure

The Learning, Media and Technology program accepts applications on a rolling basis for Fall or Spring admission. Our priority consideration deadline for Fall admission is December 1 (though we consider applications received by March 1) and for Spring admission is by April 1 (though we consider applications received by May 15). Notifications are sent out by February or March for Fall admission and by May or June for Spring admission.

Prerequisites

Because the College of Education comprises a vibrant community of learners and scholars, students from a variety of academic backgrounds and work experiences  (mathematics, the sciences, arts and history, business, engineering) are encouraged to apply. In fact, we believe this orientation reflects the complexities and contexts in which technology and media intersect with teaching and learning.
