Anna Sullivan

Anna Sullivan is a PhD candidate in the Research, Educational Measurement, and Psychometrics program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Research Fellow in the Center for Educational Assessment, where she supports the English Test for Adults (ETA). Her work centers on the psychometric development and analysis of ETA to help ensure the assessment accurately measures English language proficiency in adult learners. Prior to joining UMass Amherst, she worked as an Institutional Research Analyst, analyzing student outcomes and survey data to inform planning, reporting, and policy decisions in higher education. She holds an M.A. in Research Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where she received advanced training in research design and statistical methods and served as a teaching assistant for related undergraduate courses. She also holds an MBA from Nichols College, where she completed applied coursework in project management.
