Charli Carpenter, political science and Director of Human Security Lab, recently wrote a column outlining six reasons why she chose not to experiment with AI inclusion in her Human Security and Global Politics course this year. 

"The first job should be to teach students where to find good material and how to sort the wheat from the chaff, not how to prevent imaginary citations and bad facts from slipping into their work," writes Carpenter.
